Body & Soul invites listeners into the unique sound-world of New Music performed on historical instruments that are usually associated with Early Music from the Baroque period. Contemporary works for period instruments bridge time periods and diverse cultures. Body & Soul includes Irish and world premieres in a musical voyage in which the past inspires the present and the present illuminates the past, creating a continuum of sound and movement that is relevant, current, and transformative.
